By entering www.cavalierpies.co.uk you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which may be varied and updated at any time. Cavalier Pies excludes itself from any liability arising from the breach of these.

Limitation of Liability

All terms conditions, warranties, undertakings inducements and representations, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise relating to the provision of services by Cavalier Pies not contained in the Agreement are excluded and Cavalier Pies will not accept liability for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) however caused (whether by negligence or otherwise) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly with respect to the service.

Interruptions and Omissions in Service

Whilst Cavalier Pies will try to ensure the standard of the website remains high and maintain its continuity, there may be at times errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time due to the instability of the internet. We do not accept any liability arising out of such occurrences.

We do not accept any responsibility for the content of such sites and the owners do not necessarily have any connection with cavalierpies.co.uk Using these links is entirely at your own risk.

Cavalier Pies is not responsible for any information provided on this site that may be inaccurate or incomplete. When taking information from the site you do so at your own risk.

The website provides information on Cavalier Pies products and services but they may change from time to time without the website being updated. The use of the website does not constitute a contractual agreement.

Intellectual property

Any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques developed by Cavalier Pies will be owned exclusively by Cavalier Pies.

If any part of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Any previous waiver by Cavalier Pies to assert our rights in relation to any breach of provision of these terms and conditions will not restrict our ability to exercise our rights for a subsequent breach or default.

Failure or delay by Cavalier Pies in enforcing any provision of these terms and conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under these Conditions.

The parties to these Conditions do not intend that any clause of these Conditions will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party to it.

Law

These Conditions and any contract into which these Conditions are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Ordering From Cavalier Pies

When placing an order via our online checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors. When you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.

The acceptance of an order is confirmed when we despatch of the order.
We currently operate by collection of goods only.

We retain the right to refuse an order when:
1. There is a error with the product description or pricing
2. We are unable to gain authorisation for your payment
3. Good ordered by you are unavailable

Delivery

Currently we do not offer delivery of our goods and are collection only.

Collection can be from either our market stall on Newark-on-Trent Market Square close to the Town Hall.

Or you can collect from the White Hart Pub & Restaurant

Product Satisfaction

If the goods are defective, damaged or are of incorrect quantity we are not held liable to you unless we are notified (in writing by you at our contact address) about the goods in question within 10 working days of delivery.

If you find that you are unsatisfied with any of the goods that you have ordered from Cavalier Pies please contact us via email, the contact form on our Contact page or you can speak to us by telephoning 01636 679 580.

We do ask that due to the nature of these perishable goods, that you – the customer – inspect the goods and if you are unhappy please speak to us immediately on 01636 679 580, and we shall be happy to refund or exchange any item that you believe does not meet Cavalier Pies standards

If you have received an incorrect item please inform us as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the correct item you had ordered, we can exchange this as soon as possible free of charge however this abides with collection only.

If we are notified of a problem under these conditions, our only obligation will be at your choice of :
1. Replace or repair any defective or damaged goods.
2. To make good any shortage or non-delivery within your order.
3. To refund to the customer the amount paid for the goods in question in how we see fit.

Cancellation & Returns Policy – FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY

This section on applies to consumers, not to businesses or other organisations who order goods.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please do the following notify Cavalier Pies via email or telephone.

Upon receipt of gooods Cavalier Pies will give you a full refund of the amount paid or vouchers to use with Cavalier Pies. In the even that the product has been used the provisions of this clause do not effect your statutory rights.
